Pulled Pork

Our signature pork shoulder is smoked slowly for up to 12 hours, then pulled from the bone. Juicy, succulent and with a subtly smoky flavour.

Beef Brisket

Chicken Thighs

Juicy, boneless chicken thighs are brined and rubbed with our own proprietary spice blend, then smoked.

Pork/Chicken Sausages

Our spicy pork sausages are specially made for us from choice cuts of pork and a New Orleans-inspired seasoning blend. The sweet and savoury Chicken Apple sausages feature reduced fat compared to pork sausage, but not reduced flavour.

Pork Spare Ribs

Our pork spare ribs are a perfect bite. The slabs are coated with our signature rub before smoking, leaving a crisp exterior with smoke flavour. They are then allowed to rest and reabsorb their juices for a tender bite.

Prawns (Add 2 euros per person.)

Marinated prawns with herbs, olive oil and a subtle smoky flavour for your non-meat eaters.

A three bean melange baked in a smoky, savoury sauce. No meat, but very satisfying.

Jackfruit BBQ and Grilled Vegetable Mix

Tropical jackfruit is a high-fibre alternative to meat. Tossed with BBQ spices and grilled peppers, it’s a nice side dish or vegetarian/vegan entree.

Portobello Mushrooms

Meaty portobello mushrooms in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs are stunning as a side dish or an entree for vegetarians/vegans.

Tangy Citrus Coleslaw

Our own Cyprus citrus and mustard coleslaw is a cool and crunchy foil to the richness of BBQ. We use no mayo in this dressing.

Korean-Inspired Slaw

Crisp cabbage, carrots and coriander tossed with sesame and fermented chilli sauce dressing.

Parsley-Dill Potato Salad

Cool and creamy mayo and fresh herbs dress cubed potatoes.

Apple Slaw

Crisp, sweet apples and fennel are mixed with cabbage and carrots, then tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette.
